Yellowtail Marinade
Author: Freiman, Mike (03/28/97)
Richard E. wanted a marinade for grilling yellowtail. I've used this for
both halibut and salmon and think it would work equally well for his catch.

GRILLED SOY-LEMON HALIBUT
Source: Sunset Magazine

2 T melted butter
3 T soy sauce
2 T lemon juice
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T sugar
1 T fresh grated ginger

Mix all ingredients together in the dish the fish will be marinated. Add
fish and turn to coat with marinade. Cover dish and chill at least one
hour or as long as two hours, turning occasionally.
Broil fish or grill 4"-6" over hot coals with the barbecue covered.
