Doesn't really take a recipe--just pick out the stuff you'd like to have in it, and spread layers of it into a container. For more interesting appearances, alternate strikingly different colors (red/white/green/ yellow, etc.) with shredded cheddar and sliced black olives on top.
Separate the layers with flour tortillas, and you have a nice appetizer (I refrigerate that overnight and then slice it into diamond shapes; always goes over well).
Possible ingredients include:
Hot red salsa Mild red salsa Green salsa (I've only found this mild, unfortunantly) Cream cheese (also mix 50/50 with salsa) Sour cream Bean dip (any variety) Cheese/salsa dip Sliced jalapenos
I can't recall this being a baked dish, though I suppose you could melt the cheddar a little with the broiler.
