This information comes from my own knowledge.
First take your business plans and project report to a bank or to the nearest, SSI (small scale industries) office. They will analyze your plan and will be able to tell you whether the project you want to go ahead will give your profits or not. As they have been seeing so many of this kind, they will be able to guide you. Infact the small scale industries office will help you out to get funds also. You should not wait for any individual to fund for your projects. There are huge risks involved in trying to get someone like that. So it will be better if you go to any of the above said organizations.

Angel investors come after you set up your business and have it running, they are secret investors who like the idea you have and spend time seeing growth factors, best bet is to find normal investors at first, but hey you may not have a good idea on paper but in your head its great, just try to make them see your vision of the dream, mostly these investors are already bussiness owners, another way is to go through your bank for loans and even investments since they do both. Most people starting their own business have another job untill their own takes off, it could take a few years to turn enough money to live off of. best of luck

You should not have quit your job. While in job it would have been better to search for the financier. You can contact some banks or other financial institutions. But while doing so, do not give them all details of your plan. I wish you all the best.

Hi, If you are confident abolut your idea then keep trying for capital. If not go back to job. If you are trying for a Angel investor go through the internet, get in touch with ICICI ventures, other venture capital funds. If will is there a way will be there. All the Best!
