Subject: Chia seed

i wanted to know the Hindi or Tamil name for Chia seeds. PLZ HELP ME. I would like to try this seed.After i read the 10 benefits of this Chia seed, I wanted to try and get the benefit. Thanks in advance

In tamil chia seeds is called Sabja seeds.

Chia seed is origin of Mexico, there is no Tamil or hindi word.

This seems to be a formulated extract of some seeds and does not come to any specific plant. The botonical name is not available. There is a similarity of purpose with ragi seeds and isabgool seeds.
