Sanskrit, the divine language of India, is an enchanting musical language. It is a very scientific language with the help of which one can pronounce and write any sound known to man. It is also a very difficult language. The stotras and mantras written in the Sanskrit language are not easy to pronounce, especially for those who are not familiar with it.
These stotras are from the ancient Indian scriptures, written by the great seers like Veda Vyasa, Vasistha etc., as remedies for various misfortunes and to grant benefic results.
When recited with faith, they produce auspicious results. If recited with the correct pronunciation and in the correct prescribed rhythm, the results are better.
There are about 75 Stotras in English text, some of them with meaning. In most cases the MP3 link is on the page so that you can play it while reading. Apart from these there are a few cases only the MP3 is there and the text will be added soon.
There are about 40 Stotras in Devanagari - some of these are new ones which are not there in the English+Mp3 section.
