Cut nine lemons alone into 4 pieces. Remove the seed as much as possible. Squeeze the juice of the other 3 lemons to it. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Keep it aside,covered for 5days. Mix it well every morning with a dry spoon. On the 6 th day, add chilli powder, asafoetida and fenugreek powder. Mix it well and it is ready for use .Use dry spoon only when u stir. Enjoy healthy oil free pickle.
