According to Graha pravesh/House warming rules, Muhurtha for House under House-warming ceremony in a new house on 07/11/2011 is coming under Vasthu Muhurtha. On this day Auspicious time between 7:00:38 9:12:28 Monday under the grade of A+ in Scorpio Lagna Pisces Rasi Uthra Bhadrapad /Uthirattathi Nakshatha is very good for doing house worming Ceremonies. According to Vasthu muhurtha the Grade A+ given on this date and time is meant for Excellent with extra good. This is as per the VASTUSHILPI SRIVALLABH's submission. If you want to confirm the date and time you can browse and see the entire detials from http://www.vastuplans.com…

Hi sreelakshmi,

First think is you are in India, discuss about this with a temple iyer or some astrologist.

According to me, doing all the poojas early in the morning is auspicious in brahma muhurtham only. If ur house is independent u can bring cow( karaam pasu) with kid ( kannukutty) it's very very good. All the pooja s u mentioned is good.

Thank you.

As far as my knowledge goes the muhurtham of housewarming can be at any time depending on the couple names etc. the muhurtham can be night, midnight or early hrs. I think you don't need to worry about that. Cooly you can perform the pooja.

Ganapathi homa will be done in the morning before muhurtha. After the homa, with cow and calf entering the house-known as kamadenu. Agni pooja and then milk boiling. Later the satya narayana pooja. some of them even prefer sudharshana home-this is done usually during house warming. Decorate the entrance with mango leaves as per hindu traditions-this is a good omen.

You have to perform 'Vastu Jag' and "Panchanga Shanti Sastayan'. It is the complete procedure for this purpose. The procedure of this homan is not a short thing to describe here. It is better that you contact with experienced pandits for this matters.

Vastu pooja for vastu devata is performed outside the house before the actual entry into the house. This should be done early morning between 04.00 and 5.30 am i.e. before Sun raise. A copper pot is filled with water, navadhanya (nine kinds of grains) and one rupee coin. A coconut is then placed on the top of the pot. Coconut is covered with the red cloth and tied with the red thread called moli. After this the priest performs the pooja, add the husband and wife take this copper pot in the house together and place it near the havan (ceremonial fire). Vastu Shanti : Vastu shanti or Griha shanti, involves the havan. A havan is performed to prevent harmful influences of the planets, remove negative vibrations and create a peaceful environment. These two poojas are very essential before entering into the new house. Other poojas like the Ganpathi pooja, the Satyanarayan pooja ot the Lakshmi pooja, Navagraha homa, Nakshathra homa are to be made after enter into the house at the prescribed mukoortha time.
