I think enough categories are already in Board at this stage however; I have to point out some categories having additions with “And Other Issues” which we can see in several/similar categories. There mixed categories making confusion to not only to the Asking persons but also to Council Members. Because of it same queries can be seen in multi categories.

I think it is too late for us to rename/re-specify such titles as afore said i.e.” “And Other Issues” in so many primary categories to avoid confusion while rating by CMs. – whether to let the query there or to place it in the main category itself. Some CMs let the query to stay there as per their discretion while some others place it to more apt/specific category – but both having same nature and justifiable.

Such a modification as I pointed out if done then it will enable us to avoid the viewing of a query in multi categories. For eg. “Health” is a prime category and there is another one named “Health and Other Issues” – a confusion creating one. Such categories should be made more specific. Also some categories which created by the Advisors – same and similar in nature/name itself there on board haven’t any use – unused for years should be alienated for smoother traffic/proper posting of queries.

Lastly, about the issues going on regarding payment to advisors through on-line as ammas.com facing. In such a situation there is a need to find out a channel as an alternate way or ammas.com itself should directly send payments to advisors every month by avoiding the mediators who are demanding high amount of commission for small amount of transfers even, by sending Cheque/DD by post as done earlier.
