my baby is now 3 months & 1 week old could u suggest diet for him besides my own feed

Usually in india the dr's prefer to give only mothers milk till 6months, after only start giving cereal to the baby. So u can wait for a while instead start giving solids (Rated by 2 Council Members)

Breast milk or formula has all the nutrients babies need. Don't try solids because trying solids too early might also cause choking.ait for you baby to rach around 4 to 6 months of his age, to try for solids. Until then patiently and enthusiastically wait!
