Green whole moong dal flour is sunni pindi I am not sure how u can make it in london, in india, u will have a machine for that. In india, sunni pindi is prepared by neatly washing the whole green moong dal well, dry it in the sun for 3 to 4 days and then put it in the machine specified for it, it will become nice flour btw, what is the purpose of tht flour , is it to bathe and use for ur face or to make sunnundalu?? if for bathing and face care, then u can just dry roast whole green moong dal for 2 mins, put it in ur blender and make it a paste. Add little water/milk to make it creamier and use it for bathing instead of soap.
