You can try these Exercises: Forehead Facial Exercises The area on the forehead, between the eyebrows, can easily become lined and full of wrinkles and for this facial exercises can be a great help. Forehead 1 Frown as much as possible and try to bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward one another. Then lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes as far as possible. Repeat 5 times. Forehead 2 Lie on your bed facing the ceiling your head hanging over the edge. Lift your eyebrows as high as possible, with your eyes opening very wide. Relax and repeat 10 Times. Exercise for cheeks Our poor cheeks always seem to get a raw deal - they are forever ignored and not much time is spent on them. Hanging skin forming that hang-dog look around your cheeks can be most aging, and so herewith some facial exercises to lift and firm the cheeks as well as to assist with that anti-aging and ageless look. Cheeks 1 Sit upright facing forward with lips closed but relaxed. Pucker and pout your lips using the muscles in your cheeks. (Feel with your fingers that you are using your cheek muscles.) Start puckering your lips together in a kiss and stretch the kiss, as if you were trying to kiss the ceiling. Keep your lips puckered for 10 counts, then relax, bring your head back to its normal position and repeat 5 times. Facial Exercises ~ Eyes Eyes 1 Gently tone the muscles of the eyes by pressing two fingers on each side of your head, at the temples, while opening and closing your eyes rapidly. Repeat 5 times. Eyes 2 Sit upright with your eyes closed and relaxed. While keeping your eyes closed the whole time, first look down and then look up as far as possible. Repeat the facial exercise 10 times. Facial Exercises ~ Lips Lips 1 Sit upright facing forward and purse your lips together. Lift your pursed lips towards your nose and keep there for 5 counts, relax and repeat 5 times. Lips 2 Pucker your lips slightly and when in this puckered position try with your mouth muscles to bring the corners of your mouth together as close as possible. Well , as you laugh this is good but don't make different faces at one time. You can use Allovera gel for facial line. Infact you take a plant of alovera from the nursery and daily you use that will also good for tightening of skin .

dear nafi the lines under eyes usually appear because of aging. here are some home remedies for your problem: • Using Milk Cream and Lemon Procedure: Boil 1/2 cup milk in a pan and leave it for about 10 min. You will notice a layer of solid milk cream would be on the top. Take this creamy layer in a small bowl and mix 5 drops of fresh lemon juice. Gently massage this preparation on your face before going to bed. Leave it overnight if not inconvenient, else wash in 1 hour with tepid water. Wipe your face with a towel rubbing it a bit so as to massage. This is good for the wrinkled hand skin also. Apply on hands while massaging and leave for few minutes before washing off. Please do not use soap for washing face after this application. Benefits: You will start noticing benefits in the form of reduction in wrinkles in about 2 weeks of daily application. Skin will become smooth, silky and soft. • Massaging with Almond Oil Procedure: First clean your face using cotton swabs dipped in milk. Wash and then massage your face with small quantity of tepid almond oil with a drop of rose water. Correct method of massaging is to move your hands and fingers in the direction opposite to the wrinkles. For example, for the wrinkles on the sides of the mouth or what are also called laughing lines, applying some pressure with your fingers and palm move from bottom to top of these lines, progressing towards the cheek bones on either side, release pressure while moving down. Continue this for 5 min. Move in circles around the eyes starting from the inner corner of each eye, massaging towards outer eye edge, onto eyelids and back again to the center. Move in circles. Your right hand will be moving anticlockwise and left hand will be moving clockwise around the right and left eye simultaneously. For the chin, massage from left to right and vice-versa. Benefits: Like all parts of our body need regular exercising to stay healthy, this massaging is exercise for your face. Always remember the movement of your hands and fingers should be in a direction opposite to the progress of the wrinkle. • Using Papaya (Fruit family) Pulp Procedure: Cut a small piece of Papaya and massage your face with the papaya pulp for 5 minutes. Leave for 10 min after massage. Wash your face and rub it dry. Benefits: Papaya is nutritious to eat as well as for the skin massage. Massage of the skin combined with the juice of the Papaya pulp will reduce aging effects. hope it helps

Hi Nafi You can wash your face with a mild soap and after you pat it dry apply some egg white leave it to dry after it dries up wash(do not use any soap) with cold water and pat dry and try to take good care of your skin overall.hope this helps

Hi Nafi, You can try anyone of the following remedies to get rid off the lines: 1) Apply the leftover eggwhites in the bottom of the shell to the lines under your eyes. 2) Apply odorless castor oil to the crepe-like skin under the eyes or on the throat. 3) Prick 3 capsules of vitamin E and drain into small bowl. Add 2 tsps plain yogurt, 1/2 tsp honey and 1/2 tsp. lemon juice. Apply to face with cotton ball. Leave on skin for about 10 minutes. Rinse. 4) ¼ cup comfrey infusion, ¼ cup witch hazel, 10 drops patchouli essential oil Mix well. Store in a clean bottle. Apply to effected areas with a cotton ball. You don't get facial lines from laughing. You get the lines either because of natural aging process or skin sagging because of losing a lot of weight very rapidly. You can try botox injections if you can afford them. Botox is a botulinum toxin which causes paralysis in large doses. But for cosmetic purposes, physicians inject very small quantities of the toxin into the areas with lot of wrinkling or creasing. But the injection is effective only for a period of two to three months and you have to repeat the procedure at regular intervals for a permanent effect. You can also try the anti aging creams which are flooding the market. The creams with retinoic acid and vitamin E or supposed to reduce facial lines.

Place the ring and middle fingers of each hand at the outer corners of eyes. Pull the corner of the eyes toward the hairline and hold. At the same time, squeeze eyes shut; hold for six counts and then release. Mouth: Take your middle fingers and pull down on either side of your lower lip thus exposing your teeth. Laugh and smile a lot, and a series of tiny lines may appear along the corners of your mouth--along with single, slightly deeper lines that will eventually extend from the corners of your mouth to your nose. Frown a lot, and you may also get a few lines between or above your brows or even extending down from the corners of your mouth to your chin. Although these expression lines are initiated by our emotional responses to life, how deep and how noticeable they become as our skin ages depends on two additional factors. One is the bone structure that we've inherited from our families, and the other is how much sun has been allowed to damage the elastic fibers in our facial skin. A TWO-PRONGED STRATEGY Superficial expression lines can be minimized or prevented with the following strategies recommended by women doctors. Try a glycolic acid moisturizer. "A moisturizing cream or lotion that contains glycolic acid (one of the alpha hydroxy acids, a synthetic version of acids that occur in fruit and other plants) will help eradicate lines that are not deep," . Your best bet is to try a moisturizer that contains 8 or 10 percent glycolic acid. The glycolic acid will loosen old cells on the skin's surface and swap them for fresher cells underneath--a process that will lessen or eradicate fine lines. Smooth on a sunscreen. Minimizing sun exposure is the most important thing that a person can do to prevent facial lines. So after your glycolic acid moisturizer has had a moment or two to dry, smooth on a sunscreen that has a sun protection factor, or SPF, of at least 15. If your skin is prone to acne, use a gel; if you have dry skin, use a lotion or cream. A sunscreen will prevent any further damage to the elastic fibers that keep your skin taut and smooth, effectively halting new wrinkles from forming and old ones from deepening. If your skin is sensitive avoid potentially irritating sunscreens that contain PABA or oxybenzone and use one that contains particles of titanium dioxide instead. It is less likely to irritate. Reapply according to package directions. Most sunscreens will work all day under your makeup. But if you're going swimming, make sure that you use a waterproof sunscreen and reapply it hourly.
