Dear Sumant, To get a mileage of 70 KMPL you have to go for 100 cc bikes. Go for Bajaj 100cc any model, Yamaha Crux or TVS city or Victor, Platina ,Hero Hond etc which are 100 cc and which are not loaded and are meant for daily need and not show off. Do not put un ncessary accessories and drive as per ideal driving paractices. Still getting 70 Km/L is dream as we do not have good road and traffic conditions. You should be happy with 60 to 65 Km/L fuel consumption whcih many of above bikes are delivering Take a test drive of all models before you finalsie and get the feedback from your friends after choosing one but before buying it for comparison and other info you can go to site

From Hero Honda CD100 and CD100 ss are the best mileage bikes. The CD 100 SS is designed for those who live life in the fast lane, rough and tough, for those who would love to take a bike on the stumbling village roads. It shares almost all components with the CD100, except for the additional reinforcement. With larger, reinforced shock absorbers, wider tyres, heavier body weight and engine guard, the Hero Honda CD 100 SS weights slightly more, resulting in some cut down in the fuel economy it offers. Minor problems of the CD 100 have been rectified in the SS model. If you wish to ride into the hinterland, this is the bike for you. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF HERO HONDA CD100 Engine : Four-stroke/petrol Transmission : Four-speed Engine Displacement : 97.2cc Tachometer : No Max Power : 7.0bhp@8000rpm Wheel base : 1,220mm Ground Clearance : 165mm Ignition : Electronic Dry Weight : 103kg Fuel tank Capacity : 10.1litres Battery : 12V F/R suspension : Tel Hydraulic fork R/R suspension : Swing arm and Hydraulic damper Max Speed : 85kph Front Tyre size : 2.57x18" Rear Tyre size : 3.00x18" Source:…… Herohonda Passion and Splendor will give mileage on an average of around 65KMPL...

From Bajaj

Bajaj XCD is the highest sold bike of bajaj & gives around 75kmpl mileage which more than any Indian bike. Power is also acceptable. XCDs styling is something from discover, few new things, digital speedometer etc and you have XCD !

Bajaj CT 100 gives a mileage of more than 85 KMPL

Bajaj Platinum, Yamaha Crux, Hero Honda Passion plus are some of the bikes which are giving 70 plus mileage. So, I will suggest you go for Bajaj Platinum or Passion plus.. all the best.. :) If you really want more mileage and in low price, then go for Bajaj CT100. Best choice.
