hi.. im vijay im very thin just 47 kgs i want to become fat in 1 month plz help me

Physical constitution is heriditary.Some people are thin even after eating a lot.Some are fat even if they eat less.More importance should be given to general health and stamina.Increase carbohydrates in your diet.Do exercises with weights.Take more protiens.Dont avoid breakfast as it is a great apetiser.Dhals,ghee,fruits like banana,dryfruits will be benefitial.Take custerd and pudding as dessert three times a week.

You have not mentioned your age and your height. However, I must tell you that sudden increase/decrease in weight must always be avoided as it strains the cardio-vascular system. Eat a healthy diet that balances the different food groups, exercise, and play mind stimulating games. Get yourself some books on health, body building and nutrition. DO NOT look for quick fixes and do not use any product that guarantees "get-fat-quick" effects. I personally have seen the disaster that happened when a person I know tried such a product. Get those books.

There is shortcut... Idont know whether u can become fat within a month but suely by following the same you can better tone your body.

1. Include lot of non veg in your diet. for eg : include chicken in your diet once a week. Similarly, egg, fish, mutton.

2. Eat lot of vegtables and fruits.

3. Go to Gym.

Take banana, raw ground nuts and kashew

in morning and evening [before one hour of sleep---evening eat one hour before or after eating meals]

it's very easy mr.vijay.....just drink honey with cold water everyday morning before eating any food.it is a very useful and simple way to become fat quickly...good luck.......

These are easy steps you can follow to gain weight in a healthy way: * Eat three meals every day. Yes, this means you need to get up in time for breakfast, that you can't skip lunch, and that dinner actually needs to be prepared and eaten. * Eat three snacks every day. That's right: mid-morning, mid afternoon and evening. In order to gain weight, you need to fuel your body at regular times. The easiest way is to set up a schedule of three meals and three snacks. * Stop drinking non-caloric beverages. That includes diet soda, and plain coffee or tea. You're looking for calories, right? Choose skim or 1 percent milk (we want healthy calories, not fat, so avoid milk with higher fat contents), 100 percent fruit juice or sports drinks. * Choose calorie-dense foods. That means eating potatoes, corn or peas instead of celery and carrot sticks. Or choosing a banana or cranberry juice instead of an apple or orange juice. Granola cereal is more calorie-dense than puffed rice. Read food labels for the serving size and the calories, and make it a habit to routinely choose foods that are higher in calories. * Expand your meals. Each meal should include some type of starchy food (potato, rice, pasta, bread, cereal), fruits and vegetables, and a protein source (chicken, red meat, fish, tofu, peanut butter, legumes, eggs, cheese). Use two or three teaspoons of margarine or salad dressing with each meal to add moderate amounts of fat without going overboard. * Exercise. Regular exercise and activity will help your body gain muscle and not unwanted fat. Thirty minutes of daily activity is plenty to get your system moving yet not so much that you're burning up tons of calories. If you are more active, you'll need to increase your calorie intake.

Dear vijay ,

following tips to gain body weight are as follows :

Consume more calories It includes few calculations. The estimated common daily caloric requirement for an average man who makes light activity is 2,200 and for women, it is about 1,900. One should consume about 1,000 more calories in a day to get less than half a kilo weekly. Skinny people must eat bigger portions of the meal and try to take minimum 5 meals daily.

One’s exact caloric requirement can be varied depending on the activity level, height, weight and metabolic rate of body.

Try to make the best selections One should try to make the best selections about foods. For instance, one should select meat and fish over bread and dairy products. Skinny person must take large amount of fresh fruits and vegetables. One should consume foods that contain high protein like peas, beans and pulses and foodstuffs with high starch substance like tapioca, potatoes and rice.

Take large amount of snack One should take high-calorie snacks like milk shakes, dried fruits, breakfast bars, cheese sticks, muffins and yogurt.

Drink large amount of fluids One should drink large quantity of fluids that give calories and nutrients, energy drinks, milk and fresh fruit juices are the best choices.

Increase workouts One should do exercises to make strong muscle and get health body. One should pay attention on weight exercises that goal the large muscle groups. Try to do exercises such as bench presses, pull-ups, dead lifts, bar dips and barbell rows.
