this Primolut_N tablet is for postponement of the mestrual period .u can start taking that tablet before 2 days of u'r date.take that tablet one ,in the night daily after taking food. The tablets are to be swallowed whole with some liquid.

if u get u'r periods ,3,4 days before the date ,take the tablets from 3,4 days before the date.

don;t take that tablets in morning.u can get some problems like feeling drousy or sleepy mood or anything.

so if u want to postpone for 4 days,u should take that tablets for 6 days, starting from 2,3 days before the date of u(if u get periods before 2 days).

so don;t take that tablets for only 4 days.

and don't take that tablets for more is not good for health.

Once you have finished taking a course of Primolut N, you will usually have a menstrual bleed (period) 2-3 days after taking your last tablet. If you do not have a period for more days , you must make sure that you are not pregnant or consult any doctor .

You should not take this medicine if any of the following apply to you:

you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant.

you have (or are recovering from) a liver disease, and the blood tests of liver function have not yet returned to normal.

you have certain types of jaundice (Dubin-Johnson or Rotor syndromes).

you have (or have ever had) liver tumours.

you have blood clots in the legs, lungs, eyes or elsewhere, or have any medical condition which makes you more at risk of developing clots.

Do not take this medicine if you have had any of these conditions when you were pregnant: yellowing of the skin (idiopathic jaundice of pregnancy)

itching of the whole body (pruritus of pregnancy) .

a rash known as herpes gestationis (also known as pemphigoid gestationis).

if u are diabetic,u should consult u'r doctor before taking that tablets.

You should stop taking this medicine and should speak to your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following:

migraine for the first time.

unusually bad headaches, occurring more often than before.

sudden changes to your eyesight, hearing, speech, sense of smell, taste or touch.

symptoms of blood clot formation or symptoms of an inflammation of veins combined with the formation of blood clots (thrombophlebitis):

unusual pains in your leg(s).
