Subject: compensation

ihad terminated from one freezone company, Ihave completed 21 months in this company , What compensation i will get from this company, it is menton in agreement two months vacaton for two year.

Dear Abhii, Since you have not completed two years, so you are not eligible for any compensation( i.e enchashment of leave). Dear Abhi, When ever there is a pink slip issued towards the services, the managment ensures that they compell you to give self-resignation to avoid legal issues. In your case if the managment have terminated you then they need to pay you the amount as per the agreement of service which shall be not less then your notice period for relief. So I doubt whether you will get any compensation of the vacation as you have not completed 2years.( completedonly 21 months.) (Rated by 1 Council Member)
