Subject: condition of settlement on termination of service without any reason

My basic salary- 4,250Aed. Service length- 1 year and 3 months Visa status: Under jafza Gratuiti as per my contract: 21 days.

i would like to know , employer should be pay the 3 times of my basic salary?

The termination of service will be guided by the contact that u have signed with the employer and if it says ur contract may be terminated without assigning any reason and no compensation be paid then u have no claims except that 21 days gratuity. If the contract says either side should give notice of termination and in the absence monthly salary - 1 or 3 - should be paid by the party who acts against the contract. Please read the contract. In case of problem you may also approach Indian High Commission Office who could guide u accordingly. (Rated by 1 Council Member)
