Company by any chance cannot hold the PF of any employee. You have 2 options with you. 1. You can continue with the PF account with your new employer. All you have to do is update your new employer with the pf a/c no. 2. if you still wish to withdraw your PF money, send a letter through registered AD asking your employer to sign on the PF form with Stamp. This will serve as a legal proof. Nowadays the labour court is easily accessible. You can approach them and file a petition against your old employer.(I am sure, he will be royally jacked). Under no circumstances, a company cannot deny on signing on PF Form. Send them one legal notice, your work will be done much faster. Cheers!
