hi, first of all you need to select which business school and which program you could go for. Because, now, you need to search for the schools which intake students without work experience also. If your profile looks impressive and you had a decent track record, then u can get into a good business school . It is all about your presentation skills in the essays and the profile projection that matters apart from your GMAT score.

So,concentrate on your GMAT as well as the selection of schools. it is unlikely that you will make it to a top20 b-school without work-ex. You could try for HBS' 2+2 program but other than that, no top school will take you. Some decent b-schools however, would be willing to take you. That depends on what you want to study and where

Aum,

Good work experience is a big plus. You didn't mention you GMAT score. If it's high enough, work experience will be less relevant for admission. It will also depend on which college you are applying - each one has different criteria.

If you've scored extraordinarily well then they'll not consider your work experience as a priority. If you've scored good enough to get the course then they may consider work experience. Work experience is important for any MBA because it'll help you understand the subjects better. Though it is not mandatory, it is advisable to have at least one year work experience. For your case, if you can get a high rank then they'll not give priority to your work experience (which I hope and wish you'll do).

good luck

HI, Considering the Australian University, one has to take the IELTS examination and should have a minimum score in the range of 6.0 and 6.5. GMAT score is not required for this.

Study in US needs GMAT score. Moreover you have to fill the number of years of experience, academic background.

More details pls go through the following link :

Hi, Its indeed a very good question. See as the recession has hit india, the chances of you getting into a new firm with good package may not be possible. so this is the right time you finish off your MBA abroad. And if you are looking for a study loan this is a very right time too with comparitive interests rates... Best of luck for your future endeavours.

To Keep it simple The GMAT (Graduate Management Admissions Test) is created and administered by the Educational Testing Service (ETS). It is used by many business schools to help assess whether you possess the foundation to build a successful business career, or at least be successful in business school.

The test is meant to evaluate analytical skills and features both verbal and math multiple-choice sections, along with two 30-minute essay topics. The GMAT is now given as a Computer Adaptive Test (CAT) in most parts of the world.

A high score on the GMAT will increase the likelihood of getting into the business school program of your choice. More than 250,000 people (roughly 90,000 international test takers and 150,000 U.S. test takers) take the GMAT each year - so it is important for you to do well and stand out from the rest.

and this is a good site to choose best University.
