Just log into Relaince site Contact us at http://www.rcom.co.in/webapp/Commun… There is an id there you can make a complaint online to those people and see.

You can also visit Mouthshut.com and write a review there. There are many companies who see that and act out accordingly. See if Reliance also does that and redresses your complaint. It is very difficult that you get a connection believing in the company and when it is not forthcoming as we expect we get upset, isn't it? Write to consumer forum in the news papers also. They will also get the companies to redress your complaint. We will see what happens. All the best
