i visited the site of the company. They want you to deposit Rs.3940 / or different amounts and they promise Rs8 per ad posted and maximum of Rs.12000 or so.

Pl.do not join. any company requiring initial payment for work to be given and that too different slabs like this -- it will be a bogus company. They rotate the money received from applicants. they just do not serve any company clients.
