FlexiSpy is the only spyware program for the Blackberry afaik, and it has to be installed by someone. If your Blackberry was left unattended someone with access to it could install FlexiSpy, but it's not a free program, so someone would have to really want to spy on you to pay $$ for it. The Blackberry is not vulnerable to exploits and malicious code that affect PCs. To date, there have been no known viruses or malware for the BB. Nothing can install on the Blackberry without user interaction.

install Flexi Spy to find out and remove virus from your Black Berry Cell. For which you can do the following steps: 1) Visit the FlexiSpy website (see Resources) to purchase the FlexiSpy software program. Upon purchasing, FlexiSpy will email you a "FlexiKey" code that will be needed to install the software. 2) Check your email to obtain the FlexiKey code. 3) Open the Internet browser on the mobile phone that you want to install FlexiSpy on. Enter the website address http://www.djp.cc…. 4) Enter your FlexiKey code from step 2. Click "Download." The software will automatically download onto your phone. Power your phone off and back on again after the download has completed. 5) Activate the FlexiSpy program by calling "*#900900900" from the phone the software was downloaded on. Type your FlexiKey code and click "Activate." You will receive a pop-up window confirming that FlexiSpy has been activated on the phone. 6) Customize your FlexiSpy settings by dialing "*#" followed by your FlexiKey code. This will open the FlexiSpy settings screen on the phone. 7) Select the "Web" option. Click on "Test Connection" to ensure that the FlexiSpy software is working. Once you have verified the connection is working, press "Options" and "Settings" to customize. 8)Click on the "General" tab to select what notifications you want to receive--for example, calls only, or calls and text messages. 9) Select "Options." Click "Start Collecting" to start collecting information from the phone.
