if you are a proffessional,you can find another job at anytiem.just you hve to do is inform the company 3 months before.In your case you dont need n NOc from current employer if you are a proffessional.wish u all the best

According to my knowledge you require a NOC from your current employer. In case of any visa transfer, the visa transfer application should be attached together with an NOC from the previous sponsor in order to transfer the visa, and the Ministry will review such an application afterwards.
