Subject: noc from employer

i have been given notice from my company that my assignment ends on 18th december if i take another job in uae do i still need to obtain an NOCfrom my current employer after all they are finishing me , surely i dont need one

In case of any visa transfer, the visa transfer application should be attached together with an NOC from the previous sponsor in order to transfer the visa, and the Ministry will review such an application afterwards.
