Dear Priya, on Santoshi Ma Fridays you should not have anything remotely sour - e.g. curd, cream cheese, lemons, limes, grapefruits, vinegar, sour fruits like green apples, etc. Do not have egges, fish, anything with meat, onion, garlic. You can enjoy plenty of milk, bananas, sweet fruits nd dry fruits, nuts, kheer (payasam, payesh), milk sweets, rice cooked with some lentils and ghee. Enjoy the puja!
