USD, i.e., $1 = 100 Cents. The equivalent of 1 Cent in INR, i.e., Indian Rupee would depend on the prevailing exchange rate on any given day/point of time.

For example. if USD 1 = INR 50, then 1 Cent = 50 Paise.

Rate = 2.5 (Rated by 1 Council Member)

100 cents means 1 US dollar. So since currently one dollar rate in INR is around Rs.50, one cent means 50 paisa.
