Hi Sree, Giving you the simple diet chart to follow - First of all avoide all junk food and increase fruits and vegetables and drink lots of water and follow the below diet plan. Morning- Drink 3 glass of water following 1 glass of luck warm water. Following 1 cup of green tea without sugar and milk , which is an antioxdent and helps to raise your metabolism rate. have a full breakfast ( poha/upama/cornflex with skim milk ) Eating breakfast is very important ,as u gain the energy for rest of the day. have a mid-morning snack ( one fruit/juice ) Lunch consist of 2 rotis, 1 bowl veg, 1 bow salad, 1/2 bowl curd. one mid afternoon snack ( 2 fruits / 2 maries and milk or handful of mixed nuts ) Dinner - 1 bowl od salad, 1 bowl of veg , 2 roties ( should be atleast 2 1/2 before sleep ) eliminate rice/black tea and coffee totally . whenever possible go for power/brisk walk atleast for 45 mins on. If you follow these instructions you are bound to loose weight. Have a healthy life !!!

Hi, Here are the few dieting tips * Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily. * stop having all junk foods. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables (no fruit juices). * Stop eating anything after 8PM at night. * Avoid fried foods and use minimum oil while cooking (1/2TBSP per day) * Use fat free products (skim milk, fat free yogurt, etc) * Have chappathis/rotis instead of rice. Curtailing your fat intake doesn’t mean breaking your household budget. Add fresh fruits and vegetables to your shopping list. Buy produce that is the in-store special of the week. Adding fruits and vegetables to your shopping list will maintain your weight loss diet. Use low-fat dairy products. Because the price of a jug milk can be expensive, try powdered milk. Use it to supplement 2% milk for both drinking and cooking. If powdered milk is not for you, purchase low-fat milk on sale. Say No to More Meat. Purchase more dried beans and other low-cost protein sources to enhance protein content in your weight loss menus. Plus reducing red meat intake is healthier for the body. Also do somein-house/in-room exercises regularly at early morning and evening walk just after dinner is essential.

1. Change yours eating habits (i.e. start eating smaller portions of food) before if you ate a full plate of food try eating 2/3 of a plate instead. 2. Substitute aspartame for sugar 3. Try eating 3 or 4 smaller meals during the day rather than 2 large ones 4. Eat your main large meal at midday with the other meals much smaller in content 5. Don't eat heavy meals late in the evening as the body wont have time to digest it so it ends up stored as fat in your body. 6. Balance your meals out during the day so in one day you have a mix of protein, carbohydrate and vitamins 7. Drink lots of water during the day and before, during and after exercise, you should drink at least 8 big glasses of water per 24 hours 8. Drink alcohol in moderation 9. Stop smoking if you smoke or cut down 10. Eat more fiber i.e. pulses grains nuts, pasta, brown rice, cereals, fresh fruit 11. Eat more vegetables as part of your diet 12. Eat less dairy products or choose those with less fat content i.e. cottage cheese 13. Try steaming or poaching food instead of frying it, frying adds calories by the bucketful 14. Cut down on Red meat and eat more lean or better still chicken and fish instead 15. Use low fat oils in cooking i.e. sunflower, corn or Mazola 16. Cut down on your salt intake, there are hidden salts even in tinned foods 17. Try substituting carrots or fresh fruit instead of biscuits and sweetmeat when you have a craving for something in between meals. 18. Drink semi or skimmed milk as opposed to full cream Simply choose a diet, which is low in fat and cholesterol, moderate in sugar and salt and high in fiber but at the same time has a variety of everything thus making it a balanced diet.

Hi Sree Diet tips mainly is try to avoid sugar. U can use instead granulated sugarcane powder or other alternative sweetener. Night time dont have heavy dinner. Add more salads and fruits in ur diet. Try to restrain fried items. Do maintain a chart on what u take everyday. Atleast drink 8 tumblers of water in a day. Water plays a vital role in burning the fat and improving the overall health. Hope these tips are suffice. Whatever u do even be it 1 small step in diet, do it continuosly for a week or so till it becomes a part of ur life. Then start the next one. Sree Hari, Cut down on Sugar, High calorie food. Include lots of fresh fruits and veggies in your diet. DONT starve. Your body goes into survival mode if you starve. (Survival mode: organs function at less than optimum levels to save energy to prolong life that is at risk) Dieting cannot help lose weight from fat. You end up losing water weight and muscle. So please find time and exercise. You could start walking for 30 mins in the morning 3-4 times a week and slowly increasing time and frequency. The key is to make exercise enjoyable. Dear friend, You sow a thought, you reap an action! You sow an action, you reap a habit! Dieting is not the solution!(Think about it!) It will take only 10 minutes daily, in the morning, (after you are done with brushing and toilet) to keep you fit and slim. Only 10 minutes of Stretching Exercise will keep you in shape. But, it has to be done daily, religously! (And this will become a habit!) And I promise, you will be FIT and IN SHAPE withing 2 months! (that's the minimum you have to give!) All the BEST!
