	Response from: Ramakrishnan TV, Registered Member on Ammas.com Source: This information comes from my own knowledge. The training may contain some lectures but not necessarly. In India, i dont think any company worth the name puts the trainees in some class room instruction.The maximum which onew may expect is that the inqusitive student may be able to find someone who can give satisfactory answers to his queries.All depends on how serious the student is and how he takes advantage of the situation.
