The context of the question is not provided. As far as I know, SRS in technological perspective means "Software requirement specification". To assess the adaptability of a software product to a customer's requirement is provided as the SRS by the Business Analyst. This will be the referenc document with which the developers work to customise the application/product to customer's needs.

Dear Anonymous,

SRS is the acronym for System Requirements Specification document. An SRS basically defines the requirements of the product after the analysis of the current environment.
