Rye flour is not flour from mustard(rai). Rye flour contains less gluten (protein) than all-purpose or whole-wheat flour. Hindi translation:???? ?? ???(Raagi ka aata) It's also called NACHNI in hindi/gujarati in India. Its cooked and then given to children for healthy bones.
