Hi, i think you eat a lot of sweets in the morning thats why you get tired in the evening. Mostly thought this is caused by stress. There is no food that can cure tiredness due to stress. I suggest you should create some hobby that will excite you when you go home.

Hi Elamparrithi, I suggest you the following simple energetic recpies which you yourself can easily prepare: 1. Salaad mix: take one Cucumber (vellarikkaai) and peel off the skin. Cut into small pieces. Take 2 tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Take one small onion (if you like) and cut into pieces. Mix all the pieces and add little salt and lime (if you are not allergic to lime). On the mix put lot of coriander leaves (Loththamalli thazhai) cut into small pieces. Ready made sprouts are available in marts like Reliance or Spencer. You may wash and add them also in the above preparation A healthy snack is ready. 2. Pori Masaal(Puffed Rice delight) Get good crisp puffed rice (pori) and roasted groundnut 100 gms, roasted chenna (pottukkadalai), take one pod of garlic and crush it. You may add grated carrot and tomato pieces also. Mix all the above and enjoy after coming from job and while watching TV also. 3. carrot and moong dal delight: Soak some moong dal in water before you go to office. In the evening when you come back it would be ready. Mix it with grated carrot, add salt and chopped coriander leaves. You may add a small piece of green chilli also. Add few drops of lemon juice. Mix well. You will get immediate energy! 4. Banana delight: Mix the following with honey: Pieces of banana fruit, guava fruit, dates and almond or Mix Pieces of banana fruit, guava fruit, dates and almond with skimmed milk and add honey to taste. If you eat eggs, the best way is to cut up a small onion, small tomato,bunch of fresh green peas. Put a little blob of butter in a hot skillet, pour all vegetable, stir for a minute, break two eggs and stir it till it solidifies. That is the quickest and most nourishing dinner you will have. Do not forget to add a pinch of salt and fresh ground black pepper when you stir the egg. you can eat it as a scrambled egg or as an omlette. A slice of bread, warm milk with a teaspoon of sugar with the dinner will give you necessary carbs.
