Source: This information comes from my own knowledge.
I personally suggest her doing a special course for Physiotherapist. It is a well paid career line. She can go to any Private clinic or medical nursing home to offer her services. This job is better paid than in simple hospital, outdoor nursing job. My other proposal would be still to stick to nursing job but after doing a few extra courses in the same line ( some specialisation) she can try for an attempt to go abroad. In my opinion there is lot of demand in in United Kingdom for nurses . The pay and prospect is much much better than in India. Why doesn't she try for it? And finally, if she is talented and good at biology, chemistry and a little in science subject, try to make her mind to prepare for MEDICAL entrance exams. Who knows she may get a better chance in life if she succeeds in getting into any medical college. Last but not least, she can also try for getting into B.Farm colleges, so of doing simply BSc she might do better in life after having finished. She can also finish B.Sc in BIOLOGY, then after having graduated she can take up some job in analysis LAB job, or pharmacy company..... and many other ideas yet..... . So, there are a lot of option to think over, but the final decision is up to her.
