Ingredients Beans 1 cup Carrots 1/2 cup Peas 1/2 cup Baby corn 1 cup Cauliflower 1/2 cup optional Potatoes 1/2 cup optional Butter 1 tbsp Maida 2 tbsp Milk 1 cup salt to taste Sugar 1 tsp cinnamon powder or nutmeg powder Grated (Cheddar) cheese Method Chop the vegetables in medium size. Half cook the veggies with salt and sugar on the stove-top or in the microwave. To make white sauce: Heat the Butter on medium low heat. Add the maida and fry it just till you get the cooked smell(don't let it get pink or brown). Let it cool for sometime then add the milk and let the mixture boil once or till it seems a little thick. Remove off the flame. When it cools add nutmeg powder or cinnamon powder as per taste. White sauce is ready. Put the vegetables in a baking dish, pour the white sauce over it. Bake this on 300 degrees F(or 150 degrees C) for 10-15 minutes. Put the grated cheese and bake till the cheese melts. Serve hot.
