Subject: can the split ac be installed just above the room door or winwow

my ac is installed just above the room door is that correct ?

heyyy that's completely your wish to install wherever you want(you can install it in bathroom, too). by the way, for installing A.Cs on windows, you have an option of Window A.C. But if the Split A.C is installed above the door, it have no problem...

Hi anubha,it's not good to install above the door because,if ac gives trouble the water will not go through and the room will not looking nice for members in that room.

Split ac should be installed 4-10 inches from the ceiling. You can install them anywhere, but the best performance will be obtained with a higher install.

Hi Anu,

There is no problem if your AC is installed above the Room or window.

But, the Moment the Door or Window is opened the Chill Breezes comming out of the Instrument will flow... off the the nature.

Be precatious to have any air leakage.
