Yes! Absolutely. Amla oil won't affect your hair color (except that sometimes blonde hair looks a little darker when wet or oily).

You should oil your hair at least twice a week. It is best to apply oil and leave it for a day before washing. However, I think for most people in the UK and USA they feel self-conscious going about the day with heavily oiled hair (especially since Amla has a strong odor). Instead I recommend you oil your hair before bedtime, sleep on it, and shampoo in the morning. Oil enriches your hair, protects it and the massaging stimulates better hair growth. It is also very good for sleep!

Here's the website for Dabur Amla Oil, I pass it along because they've done a great job with it. But again-- I guarantee you Amla oil will not have any coloring or adverse effects on blonde hair, as I have first-hand information from fairheaded users that it does not (yes, believe it or not, you're not the only blonde to try it, although you are a rare species!):

Amla is one of the best drug meant for the treatment of viccited Pitta-dosha. The same Dosha is also responsible for hair problems such as hair loss and premature greying of the hair. So Amla in form of oil is of great use in these cases.Amla Oil is one of the world's oldest natural hair conditioners. As an Indian herb, amla oil has been used in India since a very long time. As Indian Ayurveda says, it is used as hair oil basically for its cooling effect. Amla Oil enriches hair growth and pigmentation. It prevents premature graying of hair, dandruff, increases the strength of hair follicles (and thus preventing hair-fall). Customarily, a small amount of Amla oil is applied to the hair after washing. This not only brings forth a rich, natural shine and soft texture to the hair, but also helps rejuvenate hairs that are dull and damaged. It also prevents split hair ends. Application of Amla oil over the scalp has a cooling effect. As such, it keeps the mind cool and promotes sound sleep. Amla oil along with various other formulations such as drugs like Brahmi, Shikakai and Reetha are very beneficial for mind, hair and body. Amla oil is useful for increasing memory

Abigail,

Amla oil can be used for blonde hair as well. Amla- Gooseberry, is quite a refreshing oil. However, I recommend you to get a small bottle of amla oil and use it for a few times and see how your hair reacts to it. Alternatively to this, you can also use Castor Oil (castor oil is very heavy and thick) and Coconut Oils.

Yeah, you can use. You will not encounter any perceivable problems except that it leaves on an oily effect. Massage in for 10-15 minutes slowly, leave on for about half an hour and then rinse off. Alternately, you can leave the oil in the hair overnight after applying and rinse off in the morning. Good Luck.

hi abigail, Amla Oil enriches hair growth and pigmentation. It prevents premature graying of hair, dandruff, increases the strength of hair follicles (and thus preventing hair-fall. Amla Hair Oil on light coloured hair may result in some darkening of hair.

Though Amla oil is said to have no darkening effects on normal hair, it is said to darken light coloured hair. Instead of amla oil, you can apply jasmine or olive oil.
