you can regularly breast-feed you baby . also can do some exercises involcine 306 degrees arm rotation . Enlargement of breasts during pregnancy is normal due to hormonal changes so need not worry. With brest feeding, exercises and normal balanced diet , it will go back to normal, after delivery.
