Hi Sony,

The avacado fruit is commonly known as Butter Fruit in India.In telugu it is called as "Venna Pandu".This is grown n Coorg area of karnataka.I have seen this in Chennai but not seen in Hyderabad and other parts of andhra pradesh.

No particular name in Telugu but in hindi it is called Makhanphal
