hi,
approach the Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department at vyasarpadi and kannappan nagar and delete boh your and your husband's name from the ration cards first and get a certificate that your names were deleted from the ration cards.
now go to the office of Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department at neelankarai. Apply to the Assistant Commissioner of your region ( you can check it up through the neighbours in your area.) along with the name deletion certificate enclose proof of residence, you have to enclose voter id card/front page of bank pass book/telephone bill or other documents approved by the Civil supplies department.

For deletion of name, ration card along with application (Form 2) is to be submitted in the rationing office where it was issued. After they issue deletion certificate, submit the application in the rationing office where you are now living along with the deletion certificate and residential roof.

for all the matters connected with ration u should approach the ration officer at Neelankarai. termination of urs and ur husbands name from the previous list, getting a new ration card Best is first is u apply for a new ration card at Neelankarai,. The application for deletion of names has to be done by ur respective parents at the ration offices concerned

You fill the form and attach a copy of ration card and submit it to the nearest civil supplies office or go to MCH of your area and submit it there ok.
you can get it transferred the present ration card to the present address inspite of cancelling and appling again. you can approach the concern mandal revenue officer for assistence.
You ahve to submit an application to the authority for deletion of your name from the ration card by submitting the ration card along with the application to the authority who supplied the ration card

Please go with the application to the office from where the name has to be deleted. you need to submit the application and the officer incharge will delete the name and seal the card for you.
