IF possible do this. Take some mustard seeds, 4-5 dry red chillies, 5-6 seed of black pepper, some salt in your hand. keep the baby still. keeping those thing in your hands make some circular motion around his head and from top to bottom with your hands. pls keep quiet while doing this. when you finsih this throw the material in to fire. For that take some useless paper and you can make some fire.this is the way my mom used to do for my child

There is no base of such things effect and scientifically not proved till. However; we all are human beings and myths are the part of human life. Also, almost all people have been following in every society and religion and faith in certain customs and norms and traditions. This may differ to religions. Health problems should be of serious concern and should be treated well to cure. Spiritual deeds will improve our confidence level and freshens mind and give you the will power to face obstacles. “Nazar Utarna” is a usage in Hindi language hence I think you are an Indian at least by birth. In Indian we all do certain deeds of our own or with the help of some one who are able to do so – to come out of this evil nazar on persons particularly on children. Generally we do tying on hand or neck or waistline of the affected person, from a temple puja done on it by the Tantri/poojari on it by chanting manthras on the thread or by requesting to do some pooja-pat on bhasma powder and spraying on the affected person.

TAKE some campher or salt in your hand and ask your daughter to stand before you light the campher and spin that light three times in clockwise, three times in anti clock wise ask yor daughter to spit on the campher fire or salt and take that fire and put it outside your house .while spinning the fire ask your daughter to look the campher fire . In case of salt ask her to spit on the salt and put it in a water body like lake, well, or pond etc. After this give some water to her to drink.

Step 1: Place the bowl on the table. Have the person sit at the table with you standing. Put the olive oil in the water.
Step 2: As the oil separates from the water make the sign of the cross, saying aloud, "In the Name of the Father, the Son and Holy Spirit."
Step 3: Make the sign of the cross on the palm of both your hands. Place your hands on the person (putting them on the head for a migraine) and say this prayer: "Father, this prayer is being said for (give name) and I pray it works in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit." Do this three times.
Step 4: When done, together say one Our Father, one Hail Mary and one "Glory Be To the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning is now and forever shall be", holding hands if you feel more comfortable.
