Hai ,i finished my biomedical engineering with 77% ,can i do mbbs as higher education

There is an option of doing mbbs but you should again start from first year of mbbs and if you start doing to when you complete your mbbs you have to do again post graduation in mbbs other wise it is waste.. All this process if fed up.. it is better to change your plan. Now you will be willing to do but later after two years you will be bored with studies.
