- 1 medium onion chopped finely 1 inch thin slices
- 4 spoons frozen green peas but thawed
- 1 spoon frozen beans but thawed
- 1 spoon frozen carrot but thawed
- 3 spoon green chillies chopped
- 1 cm ginger and 1 garlic pasted
- 2 spoon mint leaves paste
- 4 spoons corriader chopped
- 5 Cashwenut chopped to small pieces
- Salt
- Oil (Samosa must fully immersed)
For spices:
- 1 tsp ’Badhshah’ Garam Masala Powder
- ¼ chilli Masala Powder
- ½ tsp Daniya powder
Method:
- Boil potato (after peeling the skin and cut into 1 inch cube size). After boiled, mash the potato.
- Fry green chilly, cashwenut in oil, then add onion. Fry till very very very light brown. The smell of onion shud be stil there.
- Add turmeric, then chilly masala powder.
- Add mashed potato and stir entirely for once.
- Add frozen green peas, carrot and beans after washing with hot water. Stir entirely once.
- Add ginger, garlic paste and mint paste. Let it cook for 5 min. Do not add water. The curry should be dry. Otherwise somasa will be pasty not crispy.
- Add garama masala and daniya powder and cook for 1 min.
- Add coriander leaves last and cook for 1 min. Set the curry aside and let it cool.
- Make EXACTLY egg-shape (i.e one half is round, the other half is like a CONE) chapathi’s from the dough. Cut the chapathi into two halves (for 2 samosas). Make samosa shape with the half-chapathi (the lengthy CONE end will end-up, to cover the tri-shaped samosa) and stuff the above inside them and deep fry in oil. U can freeze and eat till 15 days.

Samosa recipe preparation method:- For dough: Mix the flour, oil and salt with water to make a smooth dough. Cover with moist cloth, keep aside for few minutes. For filling: Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Mash coarse. Heat 3 tbsp. oil, add ginger-garlic paste, green chilli. Stir fry for a minute, add onion, saute till light brown. Add all the spices, chopped coriander leaves and salt. Fry for 2 minute. Keep aside.
Making the Samosa: Roll out the dough into round shapes and cut in the middle. Put 1 tbsp of the filling in one end and make a nice cone. Stick the edges with a litter water. Heat cooking oil and deep fry the samosas. Do not fry on high, or the samosas will turn out oily. Serve hot indian samosa with tomato sauce and tea.
