| Cooking procedure: |
Cut chicken into about twleve pieces. Keep aside.
Grind to a soft paste: ginger, garlic, coriander
leaves, spinach and mint leaves.
Make in to powder: cloves, cinnamon, coriander
seeds.
Mix together: the above paste, chili powder, salt
and chicken pieces.
Heat oil in a deep and wide non-stick skillet.
Fry the above chicken pieces until dry, that is,
all liquid has been absorbed and oil comes out.
Add chopped spring onions, tomato and fry for
another 5 minutes. Now add 1.5 cups of water,
cover and cook on low heat until chicken is well
cooked. |
