7 Ginger Piece (1 inch in length) 1/2 piece 1.10
8 Garlic 11/4 cloves 3.75
9 Coriander Leaves (dhaniya)   fistful  
10 Spinach 0.38 cup 22.50
11 Mint leaves   fistful  
12 Cloves (Whole) 11/4    
13 Coriander seeds 1/4 teaspoon 0.45
14 Cinnamon Sticks (flat) 1/2 inch 1.27

Cooking procedure:
Cut chicken into about twleve pieces. Keep aside.

Grind to a soft paste: ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, spinach and mint leaves.

Make in to powder: cloves, cinnamon, coriander seeds. Mix together: the above paste, chili powder, salt and chicken pieces.

Heat oil in a deep and wide non-stick skillet. Fry the above chicken pieces until dry, that is, all liquid has been absorbed and oil comes out. Add chopped spring onions, tomato and fry for another 5 minutes. Now add 1.5 cups of water, cover and cook on low heat until chicken is well cooked.
Any additional information:
Serve hot.

Goes well with paratha, pita bread, fried rice or bread.
