Step 1: Coat cauliflower florets with egg whites.
Now sprinkle cornflower, salt, pepper, 1 teaspoon
of garlic paste on the florets and mix well.
In a deep skillet, heat oil on medium and when
oil is hot, add florets to skillet and fry until
light golden brown. Remove from skillet and keep
aside on paper towels.
Step 2: Now in a deep and wide skillet, heat one
tablespoon oil on medium and add 1.5 teaspoons of
garlic paste. Fry for one minute, then add soy
sauce and half cup of water. Mix well and add the
cauliflower florets from step 1. Mix contents of
the skillet thoroughly and cover with a lid. Cook
until all the liquid is absorbed. |
