Question:  I got married in Feb 2010. My wife is sometimes adamant. Inorder to get my attention or sometimes to get what she wants , she tries to commit sucide without realising any of the outcome of her act. she tries to commit sucide like trying to cut the blood veins of the hand with blade , pouring hot wax of the candle which makes me afraid of her . otherwise she is a good girl and i love her very much. I want to safeguard me and my elderly parents in case if she did any thing stupid again like committing suicide.

can anything can be done legally ??

Subject:  We live in the USA. We have a piece of l...
Question:  We live in the USA. We have a piece of land in India. In our last india trip, my husband's sister cunningly made him to give our land as security for a Loan. He never told me. He knew I wouldn't let him, because her husband had cheated us with money before. Still he went ahead to give the land as security, due to his parents pressure. He kept it a secret for a long time, but now things are out because they are not paying it off. So he has to send money to India to pay for the loan. We are unable to make the payments. My husband resorted to credit card loans to pay off their monthly amount, So we are at sea now. Is there anything we could do legally to remove our land as security from their loan. She had recently started constucting a house. Can we get a stay on her house construction and pay off the debt first. Thank you very much ammas.
