Question:  A culprit is awarded capital punishment of more than 20 yrs. in jail at the age of 65 yrs. What is the outcome of this impact since he may not live more than 10 or 15 yrs. more ?

  Who knows how long he will live! And why does it matter how old he is? He was found guilty and so got the punishment. It might have been late, but at least he got what he deserved. Now that he is old

Question:  An ederly Indian gentleman takes a stroll through our neighborhood every morning. Even though his English is very limited, he always stop and greet my children and I on the way to school. Sometimes even giving my two children sweets to eat! I would like to return my gratitude but was wondering if it was appropriate in Indian culture to give a man a gift?
