Sir I took a housing loan from Sahara housing finance corporation Ltd on a floating rate. My current floating rate is 10.75%. Sir my query is that I want to convert my floating rate into fixed rate and which bank can repay my entire loan to Sahara housing finance and what is the maximum fixed rate they are going to charge if it is possible. can u please sugget me a good idea regrding this. I have 10 years of tenure and I paid 25 onths of instalment of my housing loan

Any private banks will make the same if u provide proper documents to them. you can provide the proper repayment schedule of your loan
you can go for ICICI , HDFC , CITIBANK , LIC

Generally banks sanction loans if you add your brother name as co-borrower.But by this you may face problem in future as Asset will be in both of your names.
