Dear Ammas, We are getting our first house built and I need some feedback on bathroom issues.I want a really clean and easy to maintain bathroom. Our bathrooms will have a wash basin, a commode and a bath shower enclosure and they will be cream colored. 1.What kind of fixtures do you think are the best for mirror, wash basin, taps and shower head, I mean in terms of quality and the brand names? Please let me know if you have used any brand and do not like them for whatever reason 2.What kind of flooring do you recommend - some say marble but I worry about slipping. I want something that can be easily cleaned and is non-slipping. What is your experience? 3. Anything I need to keep in mind about the wash basins? 4. can I get something coated on bathroom floor that will prevent formation of soap scum? 5. In general, how do you maintain the hygiene of your bathrooms? All your advice will be helpful. This is a really cool site!
