You can take the example of onoing IND_NZ series. People enjoyes the test matches as well and i think even more than t20. coz t20 dekho aur bhool jao but test matches are remem

if a bowler is allowed to bowl,one extra ball/over,umpire is at fault,not the bowler. umpire is supposed to maintain all the records of each and individual bowler quota.

There is no penalty. A bowler can bowl only if the umpire permits him to bowl. If the umpire failed to calculate the number of overs bowled by a particular bowler, the bowler can bowl till the umpire
