I have got a gyser...its not even 1 month i got it..now it is leaking...when i complained about this to the dealer, his service man checked it n told there is a hole in the tank..and it is good that we dint use it because it mite haven given us shocks which could have harmed our lives also...now taht dealer is teeling he can onl repair it...but i asking for replacement...what guaratee will it even come for 1 year when it gave problem in one month onl... so im asking for replacement...for which the dealer is not ready... what should i do now? where to file this complaint?

Hi Madhura, It is not fair on the part of the dealer to supply a defective piece. As he is not willing to replace the piece, I feel you may resort to complaint with the consumer forum seeking replace
