Subject:  Issues and causes--- -- We have alw...
Question:  Issues and causes---

-- We have always having two sides in many areas -- there are two sides to a coin -- If there is positive there is negative -- In Mahabharatha - Pandavas were good people and Kauravas were bad people. In Ramayana - Rama was representing good while Ravana was demonstrating the might of wrong.

-- What drives people in power to do wrong things. 1) Is it desire to store wealth for their children or is the desire to acquire more and more like that of Alexander the Great, who wanted to acquire as much land as possible.

--- Even good people become bad on power being given to them. Why such a tendency is more in developing countries --2) is it because there is shortage for many things and/or competitors for 'few' things.?

-- Of course, it has not personally affected me largely. I am raising this issue to collect the views of young people, old people and people from different walks of life.

-- Thanks for your replies.

Subject:  21st century to belong to women !!---- ...
Question:  21st century to belong to women !!----

Mrs. Sonia Gandhi, Congress President has said on March 18th "May this be not the century of any particular country but the century when women finally come into their own:" while delivering the 14th annual commonwealth lecture.

--- What are the measure you think the Government should take to achieve the above goal? How do you think that your ideas/thinking also are focussed towards helping women (it may be self or your near ones) come into their own? (Of course the Self Help Group (Women) is one way of achieving it and in that Tamil Nadu and other States are doing quite well).

Thanks in advance for your considered views/expressions.
