To get a mileage of 70 KMPL you have to go for 100 cc bikes.
I own a TVS victor 2002 model. It still gives a mileage of 72KMPL on an average everyday use...

If you want something with power as well mileage and performance then only Bajaj Pulsar 150, Unicorn and Apache 150 are similar bikes

The bikes from TVS and LML are good at average. TVS Star City is one bike you can buy. It's average is rated at 110 kmpl. It can give around 80kmpl in city conditions. It is also low in price.

Pulsar 150 has a good mileage (gives around 50). It also has the best look of all the bikes. You can go for avenger which also gives the same mileage as pulsar and it has a harley davidson look. Good
