I doubt, your college is taking money for placement training and not for providing placement if they are taking for soft skills devp etc there is no binding for the college to appoint

  I think you can file a complain. But you mentioned you are still in that college. so, please try to avoid complaining about college because it may effect your studies. you may need reference from that

Question:  There is a noticeable escalation of terrorism in this delicate earth of ours with catastrophic psychological fear and sense of insecurity. On the one hand, the world is hit by the worst financial and economic crisis, on the other hand, youth of the world are mostly involved in out of the living materialistic comforts and are found wanting in addressing the problems of world wide danger of terrorism but are becoming part of such societal havocs; the politicians are taking full advantage of every opportunity to keep themselves in power through clever but deceitful manouvers of policy matters.
